As stated before, one needs to define what is minimal before you start.
Think of it as "Just Enough Slack" for insert_task_here.
For me, I start with "Just Enough Slack" for slackpkg+, then configure some mirrors + 3rd party repos.
After that, I just download the appropriate template and let slackpkg+ expand that "minimal system" to my needs: be it a LAMP server or a full install of Slackware or even an AlienBOB multi-lib system.
It is useless to discuss "what minimal means" because it means different things to different users, depending on different needs they might have at the time.
nobodino made an excellent list for various use cases.
It is up to you to fit it to your needs.

upgraded with more options.
-dynamic access to internet with text browser (lynx)
-use of slackpkg to make slackware grow
The list or 2nd list was there anything else missing from it? If yes could you please add them so I can start building my mini install.
I just want it to work when done and in bare x11 will it need startup-notification to start x? My Dell Inspiron 1525 has Intel chips plus the CPU is Intel so bare x11 be good enough?

I try what you show me so I must be block from doing it. Who can help me to fix it?
I believe there is a minimum number of LQ posts you must have before you can send private messages to other LQ members. The number of posts is something like 30 or 50. Others may know the details.
It may be specified on one of the pages about LQ rules and operation.
