From where the heck you got Mesa 22.2.0 when it wasn't released yet? :p

And please use CODE tags when you show info. See bellow. Looks different and more inteligible, right?

BTW, no SlackBuilds?

People shall trust your binary packages, right? What guarantee me that you aren't a hacker/cracker/madman?

reddog83 07-01-2022 03:53 AM

The slackbuilds are in Slackware64 current and Slackware current source the Mesa Slackbuild is the one you created right here on LQ. https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...ml#post6358860

The Slackers are generally suspicious regarding the binary packages from unverified sources, that's even the explanation of why slackbuilds.org ships SlackBuilds and not binary packages.

And an unwritten rule which I noticed is that those who publish binary packages, make public also their SlackBuilds in the same place.

That said, permit me to say congratulations for sharing your work! :hattip:

reddog83 07-01-2022 05:53 AM

Thank you. Ive been a Slacker since Slackware 7 and ya ive seen how questionable everyone is and they each have there right to be that way. Me im the one that doesnt mind sharing if it benefits everyone. :)
