Mate 1.10 sound mixer?

Last night I upgrade to Mate-1.10. Thanks for the builds Chess and Willy . Everything went fine except I no longer have the mixer item to add to panel. I need this so that I can switch between my front lin e-in and my headphone inputs. The new "Volume Control" is very basic and does not have an option to enable my front panel headphone port. plus when I enable it in startup applications it always starts with my sound muted. Is there anyway to bring back the mixer panel applet like in 1.8?

Thanks.

Unfortunately, it doesn't really work with the new GStreamer, so upstream developer tried to provide a new way which works in general. It can work with ALSA, PulseAudio, and OSS. It's called libmatemixer.

Right on, I saw that on mates website. I fixed the mute problem and I can just use Alsamixer to switch to my headphones so I guess it's not that big of a deal.

Thanks Willysr

Just found alsamixergui over at SBo.org. Installed that and made a custom launcher on the Mate panel. I'll consider that a fix.
