lnusertemp Failed ?


Just re-installed slack12.1 on an alternative partition on logging into kde, it fails with message...

Probably missing the user temp files at /var/tmp, which are soft linked in the user's ~/.kde directory. Or user permissions are incorrect.

Thanks woodman...my solution was a complete reinstall as I had nothing to lose, system had just been installed. No data lost ect...
