I upgraded my current box to 4.19.9 and on reboot my AMD Polaris11 video card failed to initialize. Firmware loading failure.
After I upgraded my firmware to kernel-firmware-20181214_813fa1f-noarch-1 all is well
I also have an RX 560 in my system I too installed 4.9.19 and had to wait for the firmware to be updated to be able to use the kernel. Good thing it was less than a day before the problem was fixed, but if they updated the firmwares before they included the patches to the kernel it would of been nice.

Had to downgrade to 4.19.8 and firmware from october.
4.19.9 hangs after gaming a while. If I update to the december firmware package 4.19.9 just hangs immediately at boot.
