Linux 3.14 is now a LTS kernel

Good news for Slackware-current: Kernel 3.14 is declared LTS:
Code:
Date: Thu, 3 Jul 2014 12:19:37 -0700
From: Greg KH
Subject: [PATCH kernel.org] Add 3.14 to list of longterm stable kernels

I'm going to be maintaining the 3.14 kernel as a "longterm" kernel for
the next two years, so mention that on the kernel.org site.

It's been pick up all over G+ after Kroah-Hartman announced it on his feed.

Hi, I simply used the .config file from existing 3.10.14-huge kernel, made some changes on the filesystem. firmware and virtualization side and built it the normal way. I did that 2 nights ago only because of some issues with my sound card but turned out my test user was not in Audio group itself. Too early to comment on the performance side as I don't have the specifics, it just works.
What challenge are you facing with it?

Regards.
