lilo help

I compiled my kernel to 2.6.10 and changed my lilo.conf to point to the new bzimage. But, if I run /sbin/lilo I get the error:

"unrecognized token 2.6.10" I looked in my boot directory, and I have successfully copied vmlinuz-2.6.10. So why would I get this error?

edit: it was the space in the label.

**fixed**

Please post your lilo.conf file. And then we can diagnose.

Iwould think, you can use grub for booting selecter while lilo,
after all, grub is more convenient than lilo.
if you insist, this command followd maybe help you.
1. /sbin/lilo -t /test mbr before changed
2. /sbin/lilo -v /make change take effect and update the configuration
3. /sbin/lilo -u /restore the back for mbr

that's all
