libvirt errors passing pci devices on slackware

i've had this working on other distros before passing graphics card and usb card but i'm getting this error with slackware:

libvirt version 5.10.0, qemu version 5.0.0 on current.

Here is my build order for virt-manager spice qemu on current (using ponce's repos) which is working well so far.

gtksourceview3 *current
	└> osinfo-db

	└> libvirt +rc.local scripts aslo review commented rc.libvirt options
		└> avahi +rc.local scripts also groupadd/users

	├> opus *current
	└> spice
		├> lz4 *current
		├> opus *current

	├> libnfs
	├> libseccomp
	├> snappy
	├> usbredir
	├> vde2
