Question libsasl2.so.2 no such file (sendmail fails to start)

Did fresh installations of Slack 10.2 onto 2 machines. Both give the following error when trying to start sendmail:

sendmail: error while loading shared libraries: libsasl2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

How do I fix this? Thanks.

Follow the link to download the cyrus-sasl package.

Install the packkage with
