Language Change (iBus) IN Wine?

Hello again,

I was just curious if there's a way to have a program in Wine use iBus to type a different language. Even in Notepad, when I turn on iBus to start typing, it creates a new line where the text is written, and I have to copy and paste it.

Is there a way to get it to type into notepad directly, or any other program for that matter?

Difficult to answer since I dare not try ibus. But surely scim works well.

I tried it with scim too, unfortunately it didn't work. It also creates a separate dialog box.

I don't use Wine. But I think you should set some environment variables. Could you attach the output of 'env'?
