kwallet -- not available, where to find it?

I hope this question is not too stupid. I'm not sure how I could be getting stuck on this. But tonight I went from 10.1 to 10.2, and Kontact/Kmail warns me that "kwallet is not available". Clicking K/Settings/Wallet Management Tool gives no response. I can't figure out where to download it. I guess I don't need it, but Kmail was asking for it a lot, and I'm happy to oblige.

Okay, I claim the booby prize. Sorry, the wallet opens to a little icon that I failed to notice. I am guessing that to make it "available" I will have to create a 'new wallet'. Ugh. Sorry!
