Konqueror missing in KDE 4 menu

Well, I've finally made the upgrade from 12.2 to 13.37
And now I'm struggling with Kde 4 and this thing is driving me absolutely crazy.
It's not all bad but it's bad enough to make me very frustrated.
I will not list all the problems right now but just a few for now.

1.
I can't find the Konqueror file manager in Kde menu.
I can of course add it, but I'm wondering if it's by design or if it's a problem specific to my installation.

2.
When I set my plasma desktop to folder view, activity, (whatever, I still don't understand how do folder views and activities relate, it's the most f****d up design ever) to get a full screen desktop (like in Kde 3), and my taskbar panel is at the top of the screen, then I get an "impression" of the default desktop widget behind my background (tried both wallpaper and a solid color).
It seems to go away when I move panel to bottom of screen (then can move back to top and it's ok).
See attached image.

3.
Can't find a way to change color of Title bars. I'm right now using Oxygen widget style with Oxygen theme. I can't live with these gray bars which are even the same color for both active and inactive Tile bars (design idiocy of highest caliber IMO).
Changing the color seemed to work when using Plastik just fine.

Ok, one more that really bugs me!
Why the hell is the stupid digital clock showing 0, like in 02:30pm
Any way to remove the 0
I know, it's a minor thing to complain about but I have about two dozen of these minor things, and they add up to one hugely annoyed user.

Thanks

I see it in Applications -> Internet and also in Favourites. Have you tried the new file manager - Dolphin?

Try changing the settings for time display in System settings -> Locale. If you click help on that page you get a list of time format codes including ones to suppress the zero. I haven't tried it but it may work.

I tried Dolphin, It doesn't have a tree starting from Home like Konqueror. You have to work off root if you want tree on left side.
Kde devs lied when they said that Konqueror was not going away. It's gone from the menu and it's lost some functionality too.

Tried the Locale, tried everything. The clock is not configurable like it was in Kde3, you can't change the colors or font size, or background. Colors are now apparently taken from theme. It's hard to see and useless at a quick glance.
Analog clock is completely unusable, can't even see the hands on it, it looks like a smudge of grease on screen.

Too many regressions, Kde4 sucks!
