KMail & Aspell.

As mentioned in another thread I finally got KMail to work properly and everything has been fine, other than it can't forward HTML mail, until a couple of days ago when it started reporting it can't find Aspell.

Here is the error message:
"ISpell/Aspell could not be started. Please make sure you have ISpell or Aspell properly configured and in your PATH."

However, I've checked and aspell is where is should be, i.e., in /usr/bin and /usr/bin is in the path, soooo...

Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
