kget restart download list

I added a lot (~170) of qued downloads to kget when it froze. All I could do was open a terminal and do a killall kget and then restart it. It thankfully saved my download list, but now I have to manually restart downloads on each. Can I restart all the downloads so that 2 download and all else is in the que (that's how it's set up)?

Settings -> Configure Kget menu option -> Limits tab.

Did that-won't restart my downloads after previous downloads are finished. I have the limits set at 2. I upped it to 4, hit apply and ok but saw no changes. All I can think of doing is right clicking each download on the list and do a resume or restart-pretty laborious for 170 downloads.

Either that or try with about 5-10 in the que and the rest just stopped to see it if works that way.
