KDE Network Wizard - sftp protocol not working
Hi,
I tried to use the KDE Network Wizard to establish a remote connection to a Music folder on another machine. I can ssh and sftp the remote machine on a shell properly, but not using the Wizard, as it prompts: "Unable to connect to server. Please check your settings and try again." When selecting the sftp protocol, but selecting the fish protocol works. Which sucks, because every time I want to play a file it must be downloaded to /tmp. What's wrong? |
Are you by any chance using a Slackware version older than 14.0?
IIRC libssh was added during the 13.37 to 14.0 devel cycle. |
