Try creating a desktop entry in /usr/share/applications according to the desktop entry standard in one of the specified categories (submenu-entries) and log out and in again. It should show up in the place you specified, if not then something is wrong with kde.

I try: 1 delete all config files (.kde and others), 2 install full installation, 3 login as other user, 4 change icons available from system settings. Nothing of this resolve my problem and I don't want to reinstall my distro.
Main categories on kickoff launcher are ever icon folder. why kde do it?

It would help if you provided the version of Slackware you are using.

Why did you do this. KDE should have been good when you installed from the DVD

So when you click on that "K" icon, you see the menu but no icons? Which menu are you using, there is Classic Menu Style and Application Launcher Style (this is the default).

What hidden direcory? .kde, .config or .local

Both menu - classic and kick - show folders as main categories, but each programs have correct icons.
When I say "hidden directory" I refer to .kde, .local and .config .
