.jar file

I just got the file Minecraft.jar. When I was using openSUSE I used the command java -jar Minecraft.jar to run it. In Slackware I get the error:

bash: Java: command not found

So how do I run this file?

Im new to slackware and cant seem to find anything on it any help would be greatly appreciated.

Install Java.
Slackware does not come with Oracle Java because of license restrictions. But using the script in ./extra/source/java (check any Slackware mirror, or the DVD) you can create a JDK package after you have downloaded the official binaries on java.com.

Or else you can look for my OpenJDK package (built from source on Slackware).
