Why would you consider a distro named Arch Linux less likely to be Masonic than Slackware?

Thumbs down Irrational nonsense

@OP. Ok, I am now going to ask this since nobody else did. What did the FreeMasons ever do to you anyways? Did they threaten you, or did they do something to your family, or somewhere in your family history? Seriously what do you have against the FreeMasons?

Some people just like the OP, have the most irrational of all hatreds/fears. Nobody ever really elaborates though. "The FreeMasons are evil." In what way? Based on WHAT?! Where is your evidence?

"I hate (insert group of people here), because they are BAD." Honestly this is becoming idiotic. Everybody hates one group or another, just for the sake of it it seems.

Of course this thread is ridiculous; I honestly don't care if the OP has paranoid delusions about the Free Masons or if he/she is simply pulling our leg. This thread is good for a laugh. A bit of levity is just fine in my book.

I've always had concerns about ubuntu's (mis)use of sudo:

Code:
masonic_user@ubuntu:~$ sudo su -

knights_of_columbus_root@ubuntu:~#
hmmm....

Talking there's less to slack than you think

well after skimming 9 pages of humor, i figured i should help make it 10 for someone else:

"slack" is more than just a reference to the subgenius virtue: it also implies a lack of bloat, which is a desirable quality in software... I don't know if grandmaster Pat would have originally chosen it without the double meaning...

earlier we learned Pat chose the name "Darkstar" as the default hostname because he was a deadhead...

can we infer that deadheads are freemasons?
