good fun

Slackware isn't evil, but EMACS most certainly is.

Besides, what about the 308 being a better caliber than the 30-06?

Unfortunately, 13.1 would need to be stored in a float, so it's going to have to be, "1000001010100011001100110011010". Better grow a bigger forehead.

edit: I missed a hex digit in that when converting the first time, so before you go to the tattooist, make sure you use the new one, which I believe is now correct (though still dependent on how you compiler implements floats)

Have your head shaved, then it can be tattooed all the way round.

I hear tell everything is because of a masonic-satanic-jewish-gay-liberal-communist-conservative-neoconservative-racist-nazi-insert_something_else_nutty_here conspiracy!

Tooth fillings are nothing more but tracking devices, and they broadcast your thoughts to the government!

The pyramids were actually built by Sears!

The fsck program is actually sending your private data to Linus so he can use it against you!

The new 2.6.32.3 kernel is really 2.6.30!

Thanks for the warning. I didn't know about it. I've just configured Firestarter to block it. I'm safe now.

Is it because some kernels are leap kernels (most notably 2.4.12) or is it a freemason conspiracy?

Agreed. Slackware was created in Mordor.

They won't publish this on the 'net of course, but the best way to upgrade Slackware is to sacrifice a virgin at a crossroads on a full moon, while chanting the CHANGES_AND_HINTS.TXT.

It's a pirate symbol too, but I'm not Cap'n Jack Sparrow.

Fzza3a from your first post. The masonic thing is the a religious symbol representing the watchfullness (all seeing eye) of the holy trinity (three sides of god - TRIANGLE), it dates back to the Eye of Horus (Egyptian God) that is why the pyramid got mixed up in the mix. Here is a link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eye_of_Providence.

If you're going to get paranoid delusions, do some research and base them on at least a few facts.
