you have several totally unrelated errors.
what is your system setup?
were you drunk or did you have pizza sauce on your fingers when you inserted the discs?
check for scratches, smears, snot or other debris.
seriously: this is nice information for the person that knows your system intimately, but we do need to know what's going on here. i'm no expert, but there's a lot of empty slots here.
