Does anyone here run Darren Reed's ipfilter on Slackware? According to the website it "should" run on kernel 2.6.
I could never get my head around the mess that is iptables.

FYI, I found Alien's Easy Firewall Generator handy. :)

Yes indeed, thanks! I'd be lost without it! I guess it's just because my first experience with non-Windows firewalls was with the BSD firewalls, and I have always found them more comprehensible.
