Installing XFCE themes?


How in the WORLD do you install XFCE Themes??

You have to install the xfce themes with the same prefix as gtk2, ie.

./configure --prefix=/usr
make
make install (or checkinstall)

and they should work. They're great looking themes!

For me, XFCE themes go to: /usr/share/xfwm4/themes

And my XFCE slackpack is configured with --prefix=/usr (like most slackpacks)... so I guess there is a good place to take a look.
