Installation does not detect Linux partition

I want to make a fresh installation of Linux 14.1 on a partition that currently had 14.0 installed.

The installer tells me that it cannot detect any Linux Partition. I certainly do have Linux partitions and they were detected when I installed 14.0

( sda is an SSD. I also have a hard drive sdb which has the EFI parition and original windows installation.

This is the output of cgdisk
Quote:
cgdisk 0.8.5

Disk Drive: /dev/sda
Size: 234441648, 111.8 GiB

Part. # Size Partition Type Partition Name
----------------------------------------------------------------
1007.0 KiB free space
1 24.4 GiB Linux reserved Basic data partition
1024.0 KiB free space
2 19.5 GiB Linux reserved Basic data partition
3 67.8 GiB Microsoft basic data Basic data partition
4 1.4 MiB BIOS boot partition BIOS boot partition

Please help

Ok I have solved this. For some reason the partition was type 8301 instead of 8300
