Hi,

I'm glad to hear you are using the references. You can never read to much. Most people just yell and rant for help. Sometimes it is necessary to do some basic work on your own.

This will enable you to help us help you. You will get a feel of what is happening with your system thus allow the problem to be described in a manner that can be understood. In time the problem can be broken down so that you will be able to diagnose and provide the solution yourself.

Some cookbooks can be rather hard to read but generally the information is there. HowTos' are really informative but some need a glossary while others are dated and can be confusing.

I like to recommend that a user at least reads the 'RUTE'. Very informative!
