Install umtsmon but encounter switiching problems

Hi,
i have install umtsmon into slackware. Everything is able to install without any errors.

I'm using Huawei e169 for the mobile broadband.

After starting up the umtsmon, i plug in my mobile broadband usbstick.

I think umtsmon is able to detect my device, but it shows some error from umtsmon:

Code:
We think we found your device but it shows too little ports.
This usually indicated that ypur device needs 'switching'.
However no switch application (usb_modeswitch) was found.
We will continue but this might cause trouble later on
How can i do switiching or solve this error?
Are there any packages which are like umtsmon or any other package that can work with the broadband usbstick?

Thanks
