initrd doesn't show the line asking for cryptsetup password at boot.
Hi,
I want to move the Slackware NVME system disk from one computer to another.
The disk is booting fine in the old system, using UEFI, elilo, a /boot partition in clear mode and the rest of the system is using LVM on top of cryptsetup + LUKS.
At the new computer, UEFI seems to do its job, elilo as well.
The boot process shows these messages:
But it gets stuck.
After some time trying to tackle why the system was not trying to open the encrypted root, I found out that I could just insert my password via keyboard and the system could finish booting.
What should I change to see a line asking for the cryptsetup luks password to open the encrypted container?
