imwheel/mouse with 2.6.11.11

hello,
I just did a new install of 10.0.
compiled right to a 2.6.11.11 kernel
installed imwhell, and did my usual settings

problem:
No extra mouse buttons in the 2.6.11.11
Extra mouse buttons work in default 2.4.26

I must have missed something in kernel compile?

thanks

It's not worth the horizontal scrolling. Every time i touch the touch pad it jumps. At least i can still use my nub. Also i don't think this works with the set up i have.

Take a look at this drivers: http://web.telia.com/~u89404340/touchpad/index.html

They are designed for touchpad and support most (or all) of their features on X.
