hp psc 1350 scanner on slackware


hi,

has some one succeeded in installing hp psc 1350 scanner in KDE.

# sane-find-scanner ..shows me
found USB scanner (vendor=0x03f0 [hp], product=0x3b11 [psc 1300 series]) at libusb:002:002
# Your USB scanner was (probably) detected. It may or may not be supported by

but xsane dont even detect it

You're probably going to have to install HPLIP. You can get it from the HP Ink Jet Sourceforge Page.

I've got one on the way myself so I hope you have good luck. The Sourceforge site says that the PSC 1350 is fully funtional with the HPLIP driver install.
