Howto request new packages for new versions of Slackware

Hey guys,

I was wondering, this is there any place I (all slackware users) to make requests or toss out ideas for packages for future releases. I would really hate to email Patrick about something like this, before asking here. If there isn't, does anyone think it would be a good idea to have some place to request or submit packages for various things. I mean, it might help, it might hurt but it would be worth while in my opinion.

Official Slackware packages only come from Pat V.
There are lots of places to get unofficial packages,
if you want those.

Go ahead and send an e-mail to PV. It can't hurt.
