How to spin down drives?

How would I set up my Slackware 10.0 setup to spin down hard drives after a certain period of inactivity? I have one server with a couple of drives that are accessed about once a week, and to save wear and tear and reduce power consumption (and heat dissapation) I'd like to have them spin down during the rest of the week.

--------
hdparm -S 120 /dev/hda
hdparm -S 120 /dev/hdd
