how to install an executable file


i have downloaded a file for my graphics on my laptop . The size of the file is about 2 mb , the name is BladeXF86_SVGA . Any idea how to install this file ???

Does the download have a .tar.gz, .tgz, etc extension?

there is no extension just the name BladeXF86_SVGA
