How to get Slack on my laptop


yo , i really want slackware on my toshiba but i only have a floppy drive, its has 1.5 gigs and 180 ram. how do i do this and is it posible

Yea, you can do that by making a bunch of floppies and installing them. I have not done it myself (I want to).
It does not tell you exactly how but it seems like you can pull separate files off a cd and copy them to floppies. If you did though I think it would be a huge amount of floppies.

Install from internet?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that you can install direct from the internet, but I cannot remember where I saw it. Perhaps someone here knows - or trying searching the forums or google.

Maybe you could take the harddisk out and use someone's laptop for cd installation?
