After I turned uninstalled the other drivers, and the only driver left was the one in #16 it works perfectly fine!!! I still have to now set up the rest of my laptop, but luckily it shouldn't be too hard. Thanks everyone for all of the help, and thanks to Abga and firerat for being especially helpful. Marking the question as solved and editing the main post now.

and I bet it would have worked perfectly fine if #16 was never done
