How to change video driver

Hi.

My Slackware 9.0 is working fine with default XFree80 config (vesa).
But I know that my video card is neomagic.
How can I change it ?

Thanks.

run xf86config and see if u can find ur card in the driver list

Thanks it works.

However, I wonder if there is any simpler configurator that only asks:
* driver type
* resolution
* color depth

The questions like horizontal refresh, refresh frequency, etc
really piss newbies off :(

lol, i think its as simple as it gets, next is emacs /etc/X11/XF86Config

lol.
Please don't laugh at Windowser - convert - to - Linuxer like me :)
I can't say its easy if its not as idiot as Windows.

btw, I had to pay for asking like this on Windows :)

Code:

X -configure
This attempts to configure everything for you. It usually does a good job and tells you when and how it fails.
