How to change main language

I'm running a Dutch Slackware distribution and want to change the main language to Englisch but how ?

You'll find language support for KDE under slackware/kdei on the CD or on the Slackware mirrors.

That would change most stuff to Spanish, you should set LANG=en_US, use us.map and Option "XkbLayout" "en_US"
