How many simultaneous hits could my server sustain?

I just got my old Pentium 200 MHz pc running a small mp3 server with Slack 10.1 and GNUmp3 and an 80 GB harddrive with 64 MB of RAM. My pc is attached with an internal Netgear FA311 nic on a DSL router attached to a 1.5 meg line. I run it from the command line.

How many simultaneous hits could my server sustain if everybody is streaming mp3s?

i don't think there were such kind of measurement tools or methods. You will have to experience it by yourself and decide what's the maximum request limit of your system can handle

How could I tell how many users are streaming at the same time? It generates a log file-there?

Also, what's more of a factor of how many users this server could sustain-the CPU/RAM or my DSL bandwith?

uploading is not dependent on file type, it's dictated by your upload speed by your ISP.

I'm thinking about limiting the amount of bandwith a user can have-how is this done with gnump3d? Also, is the bandwith needed for an upload of a vocal only 24 bit mp3 the same as an upload of a music 128 bit mp3?
