Add it to your /etc/rc.d/rc.local file I believe.

Congratulations! I'm glad I could help!

As for starting it everytime...

rc.local is one way, however inet1 should be starting as it is a standard startup script of it's own, you simply have to give it the execute bit:
chmod 755 /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1
