how can i set locale modifiers?


i've met error message like this...


(MozillaFirebird-bin:2579): Gdk-WARNING **: can not set locale modifiers

** (MozillaFirebird-bin:2579): WARNING **: Unable to set locale modifiers with XSetLocaleModifiers()


i can see this message when i use firebird or xfce...
program is workin' well anyways...
but it's pretty disturbing me.
what's the problem now?

You've got the glibc package installed?

$ ls /var/log/packages/|grep glibc
glibc-2.3.2-i486-3
glibc-i18n-2.3.2-noarch-3
glibc-solibs-2.3.2-i486-3
glibc-zoneinfo-2.3.2-noarch-3

Maybe you need gdk-pixbuf package.

Another possibility. glibc-zoneinfo You can use pkgtool to find out if these are installed
