Anyone have any success with installing wine on the
new Slackware beta 9.0? I am hopelessly lost in trying
to access specifics of the wine bug tracker.

My install results in the following:

Version - Wine-20030219.tar.gz

Slackware Linux 9.0 beta (9.0.rc1) 3/3/2003
from http://128.173.184.249/ISO/slackware-current-nightly/

Wine installed with ./tools/wineinstall

Results:

Configure finished. Do 'make depend && make' to compile wine

Root password entered was correct; compile/install was attempted twice just to be sure.

Any suggestions?
