100Gb is quite good amount of data to copy, the file system type and the media where it is going may influence the speed and CPU load, there is a way to spread the process over all cores what will make it a lot smoother, also how you do the copy or with what tools may have impact as well, text mode only with cp command would be faster and lighter on CPU.

If i using rsync, cpu not load.
Krusader (KDE4) cannot copy files without load cpu, as rsync?
Or it is a bug in KDE?

It may be a bug yes. But I do not use KDE so I don't really know, but for sure Krusader will use a lot more resources than cp or rsync.
