Help! driver problem


Ok...so is there any way to get slack working with an nForce2 board (onboard LAN/sound)??? I'm yet to read a successful story! Any help would be great- i'm very new at this...just another college nerd sick of windows Thanks~

Slack current works with this chipset for me. Both LAN and sound. Don't think I did anything unusual to set it up.

It works with regular 9.1??? It shouldn't...

not 9.1

I didn't say 9.1. I said current which is the development version for the next release. If you use slapt-get you can easily upgrade slackware-9.1 to slackware-current. I can't remember how it worked with 9.1, but I think I got the sound but not the LAN working with 9.1.
