helix server

has anyone experienced any difficulties running helix server on slackware? i am running slack10 (2.4.26) have set up helix like it should be but it is not doing what the folks at realnetworks say it should and the helix community forum is absolutely useless..

The offending line in start up log reads...
'A: A configuration was found for broadcast distribution, but this server is 'not licensed for broadcast distribution.'
...erm, yes it is.

it will stream rm files despite this warning but not mp4 or mov.

i don't think this is uncommon but resolutions seem pretty thin on the ground at the helix community

help anyone?
