HDMI Audio with Current/13.0

Anybody succeed in getting audio over HDMI with Slackware Current/13.0?

I started a thread about obtaining audio over HDMI with 12.2, but I have given up on that idea. However, include/sound/version.h in the kernel sources for Current indicates 1.0.18a support. As audio over HDMI was introduced in ALSA version 1.0.18a, I'm wondering (and hoping) somebody can confirm audio over HDMI works in current/13.0.

Hardware specs:

Asus M3N78-EM motherboard, AMD 5050e 2.6 GHz Dual Core CPU, Western Digital WD6400AAKS hard drive, Lite-On iHAS324-08 24X SATA DVD, HDMI, DVI-D, VGA. On-board NVidia 8300 video (MCP78S chip set).

To anybody who reads this thread hoping for a solution, yes, I have audio through HDMI with Current/13.0. You'll have to browse a related thread for more help.
