Having trouble finding the right driver...

I have a GeforceFX 5200-8x 128 MB video card, and I'm having trouble finding the right drivers for a 2.4 kernel. I can only find drivers for the 2.6 kernel can anyone help me, It would be greatly appreciated.

you can't find the actually install file or the nvidia program cannot find a matching driver for your kernel when you run the program?

If you can find the install file its here..
http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/L...-5336-pkg1.run

It installed fine for me and i am using a 2.4 kernel.

edit: btw that link is for a x86 comp

Along with that, go here and read this:

ftp://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Li....0-5336/README

Yea, I tryed that, and it installed and compiled a kernel module. And when I start X it spams "xpersonalizer: cannot connect to X server" I read the readme, And I'm pretty new to Linux, I don't know how to load the sample config file included with it. I thinks it my config file, I don't have an existing XFree86 config file working, I haven't been able to get this thing working at all. Could you help me with how to use the sample config that nVIDIA gives.
