I'm grateful for all of this. Old post, but not irrelevant. Instead of regurgitating the entirety of my recent struggles around this, I'll just link to my blog page which has the code I tried, etc. Your guys' knowledge is miles ahead of mine and I won't waste your time, but it might help someone, not sure: Blog link.
