Happy St Patrick's Day to you all. I live just a few miles from one of the monasteries he founded. Though they are in bad shape, some of the walls are still standing today.

Well, I much prefer an Islay single malt but, to honor St. Paddy I did corn a piece of beef brisket. The only corned beef in these parts is canned -- YUCK! It was fine with all the trimmings. Didn't manage to get out to my local for a pint of the black stuff. Next year!
