HandBrake Install Failure

Hello I'm trying to install HandBrake on SlackWare 14 with multilib support. I've downloaded all the source packages from Slackbuilds.org but it exits with this error > configure.py: error: invalid architecture mode: i686 (choose from x86_64) < while trying to build the installer package. Has anyone ever experienced this error or happen to know what I might be doing wrong?
