guarddog blocks internet access periodically

I came across a very strange problem....
I installed and configured guarddog and I copied the rc.firewall file to my /etc/rc.d directory. When I start my machine everything is perfect, I have internet access and ports seem to be stealth. 3-5 minutes after every boot my internet access is blocked and I have to run a script wich resets my firewall and loads the rc.firewall script.....

Any Idea?
