Try a mirror. Downloading from slackware.com is not recommended and is I think frowned upon.

the only uncommented repos in my /etc/slackpkg/mirrors file
are
Code:
http://repository.slacky.eu/slackware-13.0/
http://software.jaos.org/slackpacks/13.0/
http://get.gnomeslackbuild.org/gsb/gsb-2.26_slackware-13.0/

/etc/slackpkg/mirrors is for slackpkg mirrors, nothing to do with gslapt.

I think that must be a typo because *those* mirrors shouldn't be in that file.

Why do you have so many mirrors un-commented?
You should only have one mirror un-commented for slackpkg.

Quote:
After install, you need to select ONE (and ONLY one) mirror to download packages from. Edit your /etc/slackpkg/mirrors and uncomment one of those lines or include your own mirror. Only FTP and HTTP mirrors are supported at the moment.

I suggest that you stick with slackpkg as it is officially supported by Slackware.

when i run sbopkg -r i get this error:
Code:
Syncing with the remote repository into /var/lib/sbopkg/SBo/13.0.
rsync: getaddrinfo: slackbuilds.org 873: Temporary failure in name resolution
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(124) [receiver=3.0.6]

Rsync reported a socket error which may be due to
a problem with the LINK value in sbopkg.conf.
(The repo's LINK is currently set to: slackbuilds.org::slackbuilds/13.0).
Please check your settings and try again later.

All done.
