gpm don't have rc.gpm script

The package gpm-1.20.1-x86_64-5, in Slackware current don't have the initialization script /etc/rc.d/rc.gpm.

Does /etc/rc.d/rc.gpm-sample exist?

wildwizard 08-25-2012 07:50 PM

rc.gpm-sample is generated by mouseconfig if you don't run it you wont have rc.gpm-sample

EDIT

FYI gpm hasn't been touched since at least 13.0 if it was broken then someone would have noticed by now.

Thank you.

I was doing a manual installation of the system and I had not run the script mouseconfig.

Now it's ok!
